Radish Beef Stew


Radish 600g, Beef chuck rib finger 500g, Ginger 3 slices
Star anise 1 pc, Sichuan pepper 1 teaspoon
Green onion 3 pcs, Rock sugar 10g

  • 1Shred green onion. Peel radish, cut in chunk. Cut rib finger in chunk.
  • 2Put rib finger and ginger in pot, then pour in cold water.
    Turn on the heat and blanch rib finger.
    Take out rib finger and wash out the dirt.
  • 3Put in 1L of water and rib finger in pot. Put in star anise, ginger, green onion, sichuan pepper and rock sugar. Cover the lid and turn to mid-low heat to cook for 30 minutes. Put in radish and cook for 20 more minutes. Turn off the heat and wait for 30 minutes. Garnish with green onion.
