Bak Kut Teh
Ingredients:
- US SRF Frozen Kurobuta Pork Ribs (900g)
- Garlic 25 pieces
- Bak Kut Teh Spices Pack (2 sachets in each packet)
Preparation:
- Boil 900g of pork ribs for 5 minutes and rinse it to remove scum.
Cooking Method:
- Boil 1800ml of water with 25 pieces of garlic and 2 sachets of spices for 15 minutes. (2 sachets in each packet)
- Add 900g of pork ribs.
- Add ½ teaspoon of dark soya sauce and ½ teaspoon of light soya sauce.
- Simmer on medium heat for 50-60 minutes.
- Remove sachets after simmering for 50-60 minutes or anytime after to suit individual preference on spiciness.
