Bak Kut Teh

Ingredients:

  1. US SRF Frozen Kurobuta Pork Ribs (900g) 
  2. Garlic 25 pieces 
  3. Bak Kut Teh Spices Pack (2 sachets in each packet)

Preparation:

  1. Boil 900g of pork ribs for 5 minutes and rinse it to remove scum.

Cooking Method:

  1. Boil 1800ml of water with 25 pieces of garlic and 2 sachets of spices for 15 minutes. (2 sachets in each packet)
  2. Add 900g of pork ribs.
  3. Add ½ teaspoon of dark soya sauce and ½ teaspoon of light soya sauce.
  4. Simmer on medium heat for 50-60 minutes.
  5. Remove sachets after simmering for 50-60 minutes or anytime after to suit individual preference on spiciness.
