Frozen South American Angus Ox Tongue (Whole, ~700-800g)

The Kingsland’s Angus beef tongue has a very sweet beefy taste, with a crisp “melt in your mouth” texture.

It can be made by simply pan frying with some salt and pepper, finished off with some lemon juice.

Alternatively it could also be made in a stew (i.e, red wine stew..etc) as it easily takes on the taste of the spices or sauce in which it was cooked.

Storage: Keep frozen at -18°C or below
